For Our Gluten-Free Guests

Being gluten-free shouldn’t mean limiting your choices—or the fun. From shareables and entrées to fried favorites, we’ve built a menu designed to support guests with dietary needs while maintaining the experience you expect. 

As of December 2025, every Wood-n-Tap has dedicated fryers that are 100% gluten-free. No wheat-based items are introduced into the fryer system. It’s one more way we’ve replaced hesitation with confidence.

While no restaurant can guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, we take every reasonable and responsible step to minimize risk and earn your trust.
