What types of gift cards does Wood-n-Tap offer?
Wood-n-Tap offers physical gift cards, e-gift cards, and occasional promotional bonus cards during select offers. Physical gift cards can be mailed or purchased at any Wood-n-Tap location, while e-gift cards are delivered instantly by email.
I have a "Be Our Guest" gift card, is that the same as a regular gift card?
Not quite. "Be our Guest" gift cards will have a pre-determined expiration date on them.
How do I purchase a physical gift card?
Physical gift cards can be ordered online and shipped directly to you or your recipient. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. You can also purchase physical gift cards at any Wood-n-Tap restaurant.
Do I earn Tap Rewards points when purchasing gift cards?
Generally, Tap Rewards points are not earned on gift card purchases. That said, we’ve been known to mix things up from time to time and offer points during select promotions. Be sure to join Tap Rewards and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok so you don’t miss out.
What if I lose my physical gift card?
If a physical gift card is lost, please Contact our Support Team. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, we’ll do our best to help—and sometimes our technology has a few superpowers.
What if I don’t receive my e-gift card email?
If you don’t receive a confirmation or delivery email, please contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
What is a bonus Card?
Bonus Cards are offered for a limited time, typically during our Holiday Gift Card promotion in December. Guests receive a fixed-value Bonus Card when purchasing a qualifying amount in Gift Cards during the month of December. Bonus Cards do expire and may be redeemed from January 1 through February 28.
Where can Wood-n-Tap gift cards be used?
Gift cards can be redeemed at any Wood-n-Tap location for food, beverages, and applicable purchases. Gift cards may also be used when placing online orders through our website or app.
Do Wood-n-Tap gift cards expire?
Nope. Gift cards never expire and there are no fees for unused balances.
Do I earn Tap Rewards points when I redeem a gift card?
Yes! When you use a gift card, points will be earned on your visit just like any other purchase. Redeeming a gift card does not reduce or remove points.
Can I reload a gift card?
Physical gift cards can be reloaded at any Wood-n-Tap location. At this time, e-gift cards cannot be reloaded.
How can I check my gift card balance?
You can check your gift card balance online here or ask a Tap Team Member at any Wood-n-Tap location to print your balance for you.
