The Tap Rewards Program is our way of giving back to our loyal guests. You can earn points and redeem your rewards at any of our 10 Wood-n-Tap locations. We know you have many choices when it comes to dining out, and we want to say Thank You for choosing Wood-n-Tap time and time again.
We’ve upgraded our rewards program to a new innovative platform designed to give you the convenience and access you deserve. If you were a member of Wood-n-Tap’s loyalty program prior to June 12th 2024, we sent you an email to create a password to access your account. If you didn’t receive an email, you can go to My Tap Rewards and choose Enter Tap Card Number to register using your Tap Card Number.

Tap Rewards FAQs

Tap Rewards is a new innovative platform designed to give you the convenience and access you deserve. We migrated your account to the new platform but you’ll need to create a password and register your profile information to access your account. If you received an email from Wood-n-Tap on June 12th 2024 asking you to Create Password it means your profile was complete in our system and you are already registered. If this is the case, creating your password will allow you to log in and access your account. If you did not receive an email you can go to Register My Tap Card and access your account with your 14 digit Tap card number.
If you didn’t receive a Create Password Email and don’t have your card number, go to Sign Up for Tap Rewards and sign up using the same phone number that’s associated with your Tap Card account. Using the same phone number that we migrated over to the new platform will give you access to your account.
If you’re still having trouble accessing your account go to Tap Rewards Support and allow 48 hours for someone from our team to assist you.

If your email address was in our loyalty database between March 2010 and June 2024, we migrated your loyalty account into the new Tap Rewards platform. All you have to do is Reset Your Password using the same email address and Login to your account. If you had any points or rewards on your account, even if it’s been a few years, you’ll see them when you log in.

There’s no doubt that accessing Tap Rewards using our New App will give you the best experience and added convenience. You won’t miss out on special promotions and opportunities to earn extra rewards. And, if you order to-go, using the App saves time! One Point is the equivalent of one dollar spent on food and beverage at any Wood-n-Tap location. Every 250 points will earn you a $10 Reward. Points are based on the subtotal of the check before tax.

Some rewards automatically apply to your check like the Free Birthday Appetizer or any “next visit reward”. When it comes to the $10 rewards you receive every 250 points, you can accumulate them for up to 12 months and you can let a Wood-n-Tap team member know when you want to use them. When you log into your Tap rewards account, you’ll see your rewards and when they need to be used by.

We load a Free Appetizer to your account on the 1st day of your Birthday month and it will be available until the last day. When you Login to your Tap Rewards during that month, you’ll see your Birthday reward and the expiration date so you won’t forget to stop in and celebrate.

Visit Tap Rewards Support to upload a copy of your receipt just in case we missed it.

Yes! The new Tap Rewards program is a cardless system and your phone number is all you need, BUT if you were a loyalty member prior to June 12th 2024 and you don’t want to part with your Tap Card, it will still work. Just remember, you need to access your account on the new platform first. If you haven’t logged into Tap Rewards yet, follow the instructions listed at the top of this FAQ section.
